BeachPoint Cottages - Siesta Key

BeachPoint Cottages is located across the street from beach access points for Siesta Key . Shopping and dining at Siesta Village is a 3 minutes walk from the property.

All cottages are air conditioned and include a full kitchen or a kitchenette and 1 or more flat-screen TVs.

Beach carts and chairs are provided to guests.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

One small, well behaved dog is permitted (in selected cottages only), for a reasonable fee. Every dog must be registered and approved with Beachpoint prior to arrival (there are weight and breed restrictions).

Cottage 5 - 2nd Floor Studio with Full Kitchen. This bright upstairs studio includes a dining and sitting area. It has a separate galley kitchen and a full bathroom. There is also a flat screen TV. Cottage 5 sleeps up to 2 adults plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children. ;
Cottage 1 - Two-Bedroom House with Private Outdoor Space. This freestanding ground floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage includes a private fenced outdoor space with barbecue facilities. and an outdoor shower. Front room is a living room and eat in kitchen. Cottage 1 sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 King bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed for up to two small children. Three flat screen televisions. Each bedroom and the main living area have separate air conditioning controls with a quiet split system. ;
Cottage 6 - One-Bedroom with Private Tiki Hut outside Front Door. This ground-level accommodation has a spacious living area, with a dining area and separate kitchen. It also includes a dedicated covered tiki hut for seating and outdoor dining in the side garden just outside the front door. Cottage 6 includes 1 King bedroom plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children. ;
Cottage 7 - 2nd Floor Two-Bedroom with Private Ground Level Tiki. Located upstairs, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation includes an open concept living room, dining area and a full kitchen.
