1. $2,000.00 PENALTY: ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING VIOLATIONS OF LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction and police involvement.

2. $2,000.00 PENALTY: MAINTAIN REASONABLE NOISE LEVELS. Excessive noise is prohibited attimes. City ordinance quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) and 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday). Noise detectors are installed and actively monitored. Noise complaints from neighbors, including police involvement, will incur this penalty and additional penalties.

3. $1,000 PENALTY: SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Smoke and marijuana detectors are installed and will be activated. Outdoor smoking is permitted only with the use of an ashtray.

4. $1,000.00 PENALTY: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

5. $500.00 PENALTY: NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS.
Outdoor cameras are in use and will be monitored for pet presence.

6. $500.00 PENALTY: EXCEEDING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests at any time.

7. $200.00 PENALTY: MISUSE OF APPLIANCES. Appliances must be operated with care and according to their guidelines.

8. $1000.00 PENALTY: TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES. Do not disable or tamper with security cameras or noise detectors.

9. NO REARRANGING FURNITURE: Do not rearrange furniture.

10. GUEST LIABILITY: Guests assumerisk and responsibility for their actions and safety while on the property, including the safety of children. This includes, but is not limited to, pool safety. The Host and Owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

11. MAINTAIN RESPECTFUL NEIGHBOR RELATIONS. Be courteous and considerate towards our neighbors.
