The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must check in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are under age, they will not be allowed to check in and they will forfeit their payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who checks in. No exceptions. Late check ins are not permitted during the spring or the Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check in before 5PM CT. Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicle. Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: There will be complex repair work ongoing starting late May-August. Access to the balcony will be unavailable after July 10 and NO PARKING AVAILABLE. There may be an alternate parking spot available for 1 car max later in the grass, but this is NOT available yet. Construction noise and scaffolding will be onsite, but beach access will be maintained. Expect noise from 8am - 5pm weekdays. We regret the issue but these updates are much needed for the complex. 1 car parking for unit 110 in grass areastreet side of complex beginning date UNKNOWN.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
