It has dark gray wire-brushed hardwood floors throughout, framed artwork, lovely views of Rittenhouse Square, multiple exposures for natural light, and room-darkening window shades. HDTVs with Apple TV and cable channels are there in the living room and bedroom. Living area includes custom furnishings upholstered in natural fabrics.
