Check-Out Policy
Please note thatguests must vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. unless a late check-out has been verified, agreed upon with the host, and paid for (USD 40). If a guest or any member of their party remains at the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement, the following fees will apply:

USD 200 for the first hour after 10:00 a.m.

An additional USD 100 for each hour after 11:00 a.m.

If a late check-out is requested and paid 24 hours in advance, the new check-out time will be 12:30 p.m.

If guests remain after 12:30 p.m., an additional fee of USD 200 will apply for the first hour, and USD 100 for each additional hour, starting at 1:30 p.m.
